NANA is organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under applicable West Virginia nonprofit law and Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

For donations of $250 or more, donor acknowledgment letters will be provided in accordance with IRS substantiation requirements.

Contributions are not conditional upon specific projects or outcomes unless expressly designated in writing and accepted by NANA. Contributing does not create any ownership, control, or governance rights within the organization.
