Nishtar Alumni Association of North America (NANA)


NANA is a non-profit organization established to promote mutual networking and cooperation among the Nishtarians (physicians trained at Nishtar Medical College, Multan) who currently reside in USA and Canada.
Please note that NANA does not represent an official website of Nishtar Medical College and we do not have anything to do with admissions to Nishtar Medical College.
The details of initial establishment history of the organization are still obscure. 
 

Aims of NANA

  1. Help young Nishtarians seeking or undergoing medical training in North America. 
  2. Provide assistance to our Alma mater in Pakistan
  3. Help improve education and health care delivery in Nishtar Medical College and Hospital, Multan. 
  4. Charitable activities such as helping with building and providing equipment in Nishtar Hospital, Multan
  5. Help deserving students at Nishtar Medical College with financial aid/scholarships
  6. Provide disaster relief in Pakistan when needed.
  7. Help Nishtarians network for mutual benefit.
  8. Stimulate ongoing education and sharing mutual knowledge and expertise.
  9. Promote Social and cultural activities and fun among Nishtarians
  10. Bring together the progeny of Nishtarians

How Can I help?

  • You can help NANA by joining if you are a Nishtarian. The annual dues that are collected help run the organization and promote its mission.
  • If you are not a Nishtarian, you can still help by donating. Currently we  accept personal checks and Paypal . You can donate by clicking the Donate button below.
  • NANA is a non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible.
